1. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

​2. Children MUST be supervised at ALL times by an adult (18 yr old)/parent/guardian while in the play area. 

3. NO Shoes, SNEAKERS, HIGH HEELS, FLIP FLOPS, OR SANDALS are allowed in the bouncy house or play area. SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES!

4. NO food, drinks or sweets, or gum allowed in the play area.

5. NO Running in the play area. (for soft play packages)

6. NO diving, stepping on the edge of the ball pit, or throwing balls out of the ball pit (if applicable)

7. NO equipment should be removed from within the assigned location.

8. NO shoving, pushing, wrestling, piling, or rough play in the play area.

​9. Play equipment is designed for children upto 5 years or under ONLY. 

​10. No paint stains/ mess-prone (i.e., glitter, slime, messy arty, temporary tattoos, face paint etc.) are not allowed in the play areas.

11. All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets etc. 

12. No more than 250 LBS in the bouncy house. (if applicable)

13. If any equipment is damaged, we will contact you directly. There will be a replacement cost for any damages to our soft play equipment. 

14. Customer agrees to ensure that all users (and users’ guardians) of the rental go over and read all rules.

15. This soft play equipment has been received in good condition and should be returned in the same condition.

16. NO setups in the rain. NO refund of the deposit will be given if outdoor parties are unable to go ahead due to rain or other adverse weather conditions (over 92 degrees hot, snowstorm or extreme wind). It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the weather and have a backup location.

17. No Bouncy House set up on days with wind exceeding 15 MPH.

18. If it is raining or other adverse weather we may set up ONLY in enclosed tents. However, each situation will be evaluated individually. 

19. Outdoor events may have an additional cleaning fee (based on each situation). 

20. WE DO NOT SETUP ON DIRT OR ROCKY AREAS

21. 6. Most importantly, HAVE FUN!

 1. A 50% non refundable deposit will be required to secure any party package. 

2. No booking will be confirmed until the deposit is received in full.

3. Renter has 24 hours to make the initial deposit to confirm the booking date.

4. The balance must be paid 48 hrs before your event.


1. Client must provide the time children will be present to build their plushie

2. The Client is responsible for guiding the children to the So Plushie station

3. Plushies that have not been claimed within an hour will be stuffed by the attendant and handed to the client incharge. 

4. Add ons will be available for any additional cost

6. We DO NOT guarantee that the plushies you select are in stock, but we will try our best to match it. 



Prior to confirming your booking, please carefully review these terms and conditions. By making a booking with us, you, the Customer, whether via phone or email, indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms outlined on this page.

1. SUPERVISED CHILDREN: For Foam Party events, a parent or responsible adult must be present and maintain visual contact with children at all times. Failure to provide adequate supervision will result in termination of services without refund.

2. GENERAL RELEASE/INDEMNITY/HOLD HARMLESS: Customers are responsible for the safe operation of rented equipment and must take precautions to prevent injury or damage. The Foam Team is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Foam Team from any claims or liabilities arising from the event.

3. ACCESS TO WATER AND ELECTRICITY: Events require access to water and electricity within 50 feet. Please inform us in advance if this is not feasible. Failure to provide access will result in the inability to set up equipment, with the Customer remaining responsible for the full cost.

4. DEPOSIT, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS: Final payment is due 24hours before the event. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure a Foam Party reservation.

5. BAD WEATHER: In case of severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule to ensure safety. Please contact us in advance to discuss potential rescheduling due to anticipated major storms.

6. ALCOHOL/DRUGS: Alcohol may be served, but we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if safety is compromised. Drug use is strictly prohibited.

7. DAMAGE/INJURY: Customers are liable for any damages or injuries incurred during the event. We reserve the right to charge for equipment damages caused by negligence. We assume no responsibility for injuries or damages on the client's property.


1. Masks must be worn at all times in playing areas. Anyone breaking the mask rule gets one warning / and must sit out a game. A second violation and you can no longer play.

2. Hold your gun above your head to call yourself out anytime you are hit anywhere on your body. Head to the referee with gun up.

3. No sliding, diving or barrel rolls. While you may think it looks cool, it gets people hurt and breaks equipment.

4. Guns are ready to fire when handed out. No adjusting, taking apart, pushing buttons or adjusting stocks.

5. No jumping over or on bunkers or barricades.

6. No shooting before or after the game. Shooting is only allowed during game play.
