  • Do I need a waiver?
    Yes, all guests must sign a waiver before entering the play area.
  • Are socks required to play in the play structure?
    Yes, socks with grips are required for children and adults in the play area. Our grip socks are available for purchase at $3 per pair.
  • Can I wear shoes into this facility?
    Shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Shoe storage is provided for your convenience.
  • Do you sell snacks and drinks?
    Yes, we offer a variety of snacks and beverages.
  • Can I bring my own snacks and drinks?
    Yes, you can bring your snacks and drinks.
  • What is your policy on sick children?
    For the health and safety of everyone, unwell children should stay home. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visibly ill children.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please contact us at least 10 days in advance . We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
  • How far in advance should I book a party?
    Parties should be booked at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
  • What cleaning protocols do you follow?
    We clean and sanitize all play structures, high-touch surfaces, and ball pit balls daily using child-safe cleaning products. Our special soap-and-water machine is used to thoroughly clean the balls, and regular deep cleaning is conducted for added safety.
  • Is there a deposit required?
    Yes, all packages require a non-refundable deposit to book.
  • Can I choose specific plushies for my event?
    You can select up to two types of plushies, but availability is not guaranteed. We’ll do our best to match your preference.
  • Can I add more plushies after booking?
    Yes, but please contact us at least two weeks before the event to check availability.
  • What happens if a child doesn’t build their plushie?
    Any plushie not claimed within one hour will be stuffed by the attendant and handed to the client in charge.
  • Can I request specific plushie types?
    You can select up to 2 plushie types per event, but availability is not guaranteed. We will do our best to match your request.
  • Is The Foam Team liable for injuries or damages during the event?
    No, The Foam Team is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred. Customers agree to indemnify and hold The Foam Team harmless from any claims or liabilities.

  • Weather Contingency?

  • When is payment due?
    Full payment is due 48 hours before the event.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

    Yes, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure a reservation.
  • What is the Cancellation Policy?
    Events can be rescheduled for any weather , based on availability.
  • Is your Foam Solution safe?
    Hypoallergenic, dye-free, biodegradable Safe for adults, kids, pets, and the environment Professional-grade foam solution used, avoiding dish soaps that can dry or irritate skin
  • Can we add additional time if needed?
    Yes, but it depends on our availability that day. We may have other events that may not allow us to add additional time. We recommend extending your time when booking.
  • What happens if there is no supervision?
    Failure to provide adequate supervision may result in termination of services without a refund.
  • Do children need to be supervised during the foam party?
    Yes, a parent or responsible adult must supervise children at all times.
  • Who is responsible for the equipment during the event?
    Customers are responsible for the safe operation of rented equipment and must take precautions to prevent injury or damage.
  • What if the equipment is damaged?
    Any damages caused by negligence will be charged to the customer.
  • Alcohol & Drugs
    Can alcohol be served at the event? Yes, alcohol may be served, but we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if safety is compromised. Are drugs allowed at the event? No, drug use is strictly prohibited.
