How can I book and secure the date of my event? 

A 50 % non refundable deposit will be required to secure any party package. 

If the event is cancelled, will i get my deposit back?

Although we understand that situations may arise, the deposit is not refundable. It is always possible to reschedule.

Are delivery and taxes included in the price?

No, delivery and taxes are not included in the price.

 How far do you deliver? How much for delivery? 

Delivery costs vary depending on location and availability. We primarily serve the Greater Boston area. For anything outside this area, please contact us directly. 

Can Add-Ons be rented on their own?

No, the items listed on the site are priced as package add ons. If you are interested in renting without a package, please contact us.

Can i reschedule my rentals?

You can cancel or rescheduled anytime based on availability. 

what is your weather policy?

If rain is forecast on your scheduled date and you don't have alternative plans to get a tent or move the party indoors, we will issue a credit for one year to reschedule. Similarly, if winds are expected to be over 15 mph, we will not set up a bounce house and will issue a credit to reschedule.

How do you clean and disinfect your equipments?

We clean and disinfect all of our equipment before and after your event. We use disinfectant wipes, sprays, disinfectant fogger, soap and water to ensure cleanliness.

Are your packages only for birthday parties?

Our packages aren't just for birthdays; they're designed for any occasion you want to celebrate!

how many hours can a soft play package be rented for?

Soft play packages can be rented between 10am to 8pm . There will be an additional charge for anything before or after that timeframe.

Do you offer additional plushies as extras?

While we may accommodate extras, our scheduling primarily revolves around package types and plushie quantities, as we also arrange it based on other events we may have. For example, you may schedule for 2 pm-3 pm. The next event will be scheduled at 5 pm. This gives us time to clean up, travel, and set up. Therefore, it's crucial to choose the appropriate number of plushies so that we can plan accordingly.

How do you establish the hours of service?

Typically, our service hours are determined by the type of package and/or the number of plushies chosen.

What happens if I've ordered a certain number of plushies, but some of my guests don't show up?

While we understand that guest numbers can fluctuate, once you've placed an order for a certain number of plushies, we're committed to fulfilling that order. We recommend estimating your guest count as accurately as possible when placing your order to avoid any potential surplus. However, if some guests don't show up, you're welcome to distribute the extra plushies among attendees or keep them as souvenirs. We strive to ensure your event is filled with joy, regardless of the final guest count!

Is it possible to arrange setup before the arrival of the guests? 

While we do try to accommodate, we do not guarantee setup before the arrival of your guest.

How do you plan to monitor which guests receive plushies and the quantity distributed to each?

We've set up a system to ensure smooth distribution and accurate tracking of plushies at your event. We will provide tickets based on the amount of plushies purchased to give to your guests. Each of your selected guest will receive a ticket, which they can exchange for their plushie(s). This method simplifies distribution and keeps everything organized, guaranteeing that every guest leaves with a smile and a plushie to remember your event!

Are plushie outfit pieces available for individual purchase, or are they only sold as complete sets?

Our plushie outfit pieces are not sold separately; Outfits come as complete sets, and mixing and matching is also not an option.

What is Age Requirement for Foam Parties?

Foam parties are suitable for all ages! Adjustable foam height ensures we are able to cater to diverse age groups.

Where can we set up for the Foam Party?

Foam parties are suitable for grass or concrete areas.

What is required from the client?

Foam parties require a minimum of 20x20ft space on grass or concrete, a power source and water supply within 100 ft.

How much time is needed for set up and clean up?

For set up, 30-45 minutes is required. Our breakdown is prompt, quiet, and requires no clean up!

What types of events can a foam party host?

Birthdays, festivals, corporate events, launches, grand openings, fundraisers, end of year celebrations, holidays, and more!

What attire should guests wear?

Guests encouraged to wear swimsuits or clothes they don't mind getting wet. It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, and water shoes!

is your foam solution safe?

Our foam solution is hypoallergenic, dye-free, biodegradable, safe for adults, kids, pets, and the environment. Professional-grade foam solution used, avoiding dish soaps that can dry or irritate skin.

Can we add additional time?

Yes, depending on our availability of the day. We may have other events that will not allow for additional time. We recommend to extend your time when booking.

what is gellyball?

GellyBall is an ultra low impact sport – suitable for kids age five and up. It uses GellyBall Blasters – an easy-to-use gun that doesn’t use much pressure to shoot GellyBalls. Unlike Nerf – where you have to constantly reload with ammo off the floor, a GellyBall Blaster holds 750 shots without reloading!!! Lots more fun!!!

What is the Gelly Ball ammo?

GellyBalls are teeny tiny absorbent polymer beads that expand into small balls when soaked in water. They are biodegradable, and nontoxic. They will not hurt your pets, plants or grass. Unlike paintballs that explode upon impact, GellyBalls simply bounce off or disintegrate – then they dehydrate! No stain, no mess!

what is a gellyball blaster?

The GellyBall Blasters are electronic guns, so if you squeeze the trigger and hold it, they will shoot about 10 balls per second! However, we tell the players to shoot in “bursts” just a quick pull on the trigger. The pod that holds the ammo is called a “Hand Grenade” it holds 750 GellyBalls. The GellyBall Blaster accurately shoots a distance of 100 feet!
